Great tips include:

-Use an AC, and turn it on earlier than the exact moment you want the room to be cool.


-Turn your AC to a cooler temperature at night because a study showed we sleep better in the cold. Also, and not at all contradictorily, use a sleep mode that will raise the temperature while you’re sleeping because you won’t notice.

-Take a cool shower.

-Wear less clothes.

-Sleep spread out instead of curled up.
